WaitForNotification - Waits for file notifications

NAME/A/M, QUIET/S, CONTINUE=CNT/S

NAME     - Name of a file or directory to listen
QUIET    - Be quiet
CONTINUE - Doesn't abort if a notification can't be added

Examples:

WaifForNotification Work:Download/
WaifForNotification T:log.txt
