IDEStandby - Spins down the motor of IDE HDs
DEVICE, UNIT/N, TIMEOUT/N, CLEAR/S
DEVICE - Device name (defaults to ide.device) UNIT - Unit number (defaults to 0) TIMEOUT - Timeout in minutes (if no timeout is specified, it spins down right away) CLEAR - Clears the timeout value
