NewCLI - Starts a new interactive CLI/SHELL on the system

WINDOW, FROM

WINDOW - window specifications                                                 
FROM   - CON device to use (use CON: for standard MorphOS shell)

NewCli starts a new Shell process. See the NewShell command for more info.
