DiskChange - Informs MorphOS of a diskchange

DEVICE/A

DEVICE - name of the device for which to perform a diskchange.

NOTE: this command is only provided for compatibility. It was used on the Amiga with 5.25 disk drives to inform the OS of a diskchange.
