AddAudioModes - Builds and removes audio modes that AHI can understand

FILES/M, QUIET/S, REFRESH/S, REMOVE/S, DBLSCAN/S

FILES - Specifies which descriptor(s) to be added to the current mode list.
QUIET - If specified, will suppress error and output messages
REFRESH - Scan `DEVS:Audiomodes' and add all descriptors found there to
          the current mode list.
REMOVE - Flush the current audio mode list from memory.
DBLSCAN - Will open and then immediately close a native, double-scan screen.
On some systems using a graphic card, this will
enable >28 kHz sample frequencies with the native audio.
You need an appropriate monitor driver in `DEVS:Monitors'
          to make it work.
