Installer included with MorphOS is largely, but not entirely, compatible with the installer tool provided with Workbench 3.x (Commodore's final version of its 68K Amiga Operating system). <br />
Some older 68K software installation scripts will not function correctly. In this case it is useful to download the 68K version of Installer available from Aminet. This can then be renamed (eg to Installer68K) and used for those scripts which fail using MorphOS default installer tool.<br />
